Greece is the word

Temple of PoseidonI hope you noticed the clever play on words?

Anyway, since our relocation to southern Spain I can report that we are now fully booked so that proved to be a very good move indeed. So much so that after feedback from guests on both our holiday weeks and training courses we have decided to base ourselves in Greece.

The area we sail at the moment is brilliant of course but the opportunities to make our activities even more appealing by moving to Greece are irresistible. In fact since we announced our move two of the cruising weeks are already booked up. It also makes more sense to offer the training over there because 99% of the people training to obtain their qualifications want to sail around the Greek Islands anyway.

We will be based at a place called Lavrion which is around a 20 minutes transfer from Athens airport. The places we can visit are absolutely beautiful, Mykonos (Shirley Valentine), Skopelos (Mamma Mia), Hydra, Poros, Spetses, Kythnos etc, the list goes on and that’s not to mention the numerous secluded bays where we can anchor up for the evening. These are bays like Sounion where we would be watched over by a Celestial Sistine Chapel of stars and the Temple of Poseidon.

Further to the booking for this year we already have numerous weeks of 2017 fully booked so at the risk of sounding like a double glazing salesman, if sailing the vibrant and inspiring Greek Islands appeals to you then get in touch as soon as possible to reserve a spot.

We will be having some new brochures printed in the coming weeks so if you would like one posting out to you just send an email to andy@atlassailing.co.uk or feel free to get in touch with any questions you might have.
